Below FAQ are some common concerns of our customers before purchasing.

It usually takes 5-7 business days. If you preordered it will take longer. All of the preorders are being shipped out next week. Due to COVID our packages are taking a bit longer. So sorry for the inconvenience.

All tracking information is sent to your email via PayPal. Please ensure your are allowing for all updates. Your package can also be tracked by signing into PayPal.

Bonnets are 100% Mulberry Silk.

Our silk products are hand wash only. If there is stains, from make up or hair product pre-treat them before washing. Fill basin or sink with lukewarm water, add a mild detergent and swish to incorporate detergent. Place your silk item in and gently swish. Avoid excessive rubbing squeezing, this can cause damage to silk fiber and trim. To dry, lay flat and roll between a dry towel to get most of the moisture out. Air dry flat until your item is completely dry. If edges lift due to washing, a warm iron can be used over trim. Keep securely stored in our included bonnet bag. ONE per order.

There are a few things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items within 7 days. All items must be unused. Only items purchase directly from Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements. Any items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered won’t be accepted for return. Bonnets deemed defective can be exchanged within 7 weeks for a replacement. Original style may not be available, one of choice can be substituted. Email for further instructions.
